In fact, although it took well over half an hour to get off Southend Seafront - the rest of my journey was absolutely empty!
I felt rather shafted having to pay £1 for the Dartford Tunnel when I didn't even enter a tunnel
So, over 300 miles, £50 in petrol, £2 on tea and chips and £2 on Dartford thing... I'm feeling pretty skint and I only go my pocket money on Friday

i think it took about 40 minuits to get off the sea front...all i was worried about was my dissapearing petrol
i got to a bp and most of the pumps were empty.....i had to keep turning the engine off to save petrol, felt like a right piyey
my bladder was fit to burst and i got stitch while i was driving, i must have spent 10 pennies when i finally got to the loo

Was that you in the silver one by my side? I feel very vulnerable when I'm in a Town I don't know and was carefully listening out for instructions on my Sat Nav LOL. Or were you the stickered up blue one that whooshed by at warp speed flashing me LOL.
Actually, I never nearly made it at all. Some wonker in a BMW cut me up on the way.... slipped into a very small gap in front of me in the fast lane (I was doing around 85 I guess) so I gave him the wonker sign - like you do - so he slammed his brakes on and I mean really slammed them on. I skidded all over the show and nearly shat my panties I continued to make wonker signs at him but then he weaved in and out of the traffic like a right **** and dissappeared. In a ditch hopefully!

That wasn't the last time I was overtaken.... I got abused on the M25 by a really old volvo estate LOL. He must have been doing over a ton because I was around 80mph. I'm not a particular lover of night driving... because I can't see - I'm like those blinded bunnies that get slaughtered every night in the glare of headlights
