RS Skoda's police update
Hello all
Just to update you on the new Hampshire police Skoda situation - these are still being kitted out and have not yet replaced the Volvo's. As said before there are 2 silver, 1 dark green and another dark coloured one. They will be unmarked with the usual lights behind the grill, flip up stop sign in the back window, normal aerial and smaller aerial on the roof (about 6" long) and the most distinguishing thing will be the long clear lights in the sides of the bumpers which contain strobing lights so they can be seen sideways on.
Also as said before, they will be patrolling M27 (Clanfield to Southampton stretch) and surrounding roads in the area & part of M3.
Will let you know when they replace the Volvo's when I have news.
Jo

I had one race me for a while about a year ago, then he unveiled his dishuise and pulled me over
I had the discussion about why I was going sideways at high speed over a roundabout etc... They were quite fair actually. Largely becuase it was a new car with no speed timing gear fitted
