Was just wondering if anyone be interested in a rolling road day as I don't think there has been one since March.

The last time my car was on the rollers, it wasn't boosting properly and had a crap 2 Xtreme motorsport (Not to be confused with Xtreme Scoobies) Exhaust.
Now the car seems to be fine now with the full decat etc, I wouldn't mind another power run session to compare figures:

The date won't be arranged until Tiny gets back, and a quiet moment in the Essex Scooby Crew events calender is found.

I called Tim at Power Engineering and heres the email confirmation:

Thanks for your call earlier. Just so that you know we currently have Sat 18 Sep free as the only available date in Sept. If this is a problem, let me know and I will try to rearrange something for you. All of Oct is free, but it's a bit of a long way away!!!

To confirm prices for you:
0-10 cars £45 plus vat
11-20 £40 inc vat
21-30 £35 inc vat
30 plus £30 inc vat.

We arrange for breakfast for you all and coffee etc throughout the day (possibly a bbq subject to weather!!). Also, as I mentioned, we should be an official stockist of SWRT teamwear by then. I'm yet to confirm prices..............

It should be far enough in advance to get plenty of members up here - I know how difficult it is tieing people down to these events.

Come and see me at the Rally Supercar day if you're up there, otherwise give me a call if you need any more info.

no, seriously, by the sounds of it, Tim and the peeps at Power Eng are going to put on a good day for us, so it would be great if we all met up and joined forces, after all, the more scoobs there, the cheaper the power runs are.

All i'm interested in is finding out whether my car's power is up to what it should be.

I know the guys well i have organised two very successful RR days there myself - they look after you and once people know you are doing a day there, you will be fighting them off for places... You got to keep on top of the owners tho, as they do tend to try & sneak in when they haven't got a place... (you know who you are ) If you do do one for October, I will bring a few along, it will save me the stress of organising it myself If you get 30 the power runs are £30 each btw
