Post EastSussexScoobies go to Goodwood - 28th July

Okay, so it's a Wednesday!

Plenty of Scoobs on track. I am going down to watch and hopefully get a noise test. Anyone else?

You can't spell and that's all there is to it! However, you have other qualities which more than make up for it. Like you are a mad Wagon owner! Plus, I can usually understand what you are saying! Bet you can't say the same about me?

Be great for you to tag along. There are no trade stands, just lots of track action.

Bu**er

a) takes me all of 25 minutes to get to Goodwood from where I live
b) it's my birthday on the 28th
c) and everyone at work is on holiday except me!

What is it with Scoob meets and me just lately? I just can't seem to get my work, personal and Scoob life in sync

Have a good one Keith. If you're thinking about doing Goodwood again.... pick a date in September and I'll sort a day off work.

Oh and happy birthday for the 28th. You must be the youngest Sqd Ldr in the history of the 555s!

Nice one Chris! What??????

If you need to spell "ok", I think it is "okay".

Just being perdantick.

I think we should all post in the style of the Squadron Leader! And call it "Wagon-speak".

Up until Saturday just gone, the fastest vehicle i had seen round the circuit was an original audi qauttro did it in 1.40

however it was beaten by an aston martin race development car 1.29 !!

oh and if you have noisy cans... they are strict on the noise regs,,

all those luvverly neighbours..... the bike track days have been limited to only 10 a year now!!!

Will be passing through E'bourne (well A259/A27). Could meet in the lay-by on the A27 just at the top of the hill before Drusillas roundabout..

Keith knows where, as we met there b4 the rolling road day.

Good idea Scott. We just need to sort out a time to leave.

Calling Goldy.........rendezvous alpha papa charlie foxtrot two fife zero (this is a code that only Wagon owners can decipher)!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nah! Not really!

Good landing strip available, just need to cut engine on approach....glide in....Bob is your uncle or similar relative.......over and out (not before time).
