Scooby for Newquay
I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in a Scooby meet Down in Cornwall.
Once a year i think June bank Holiday, Newquay holds a RUN TO THE SUN for Volkswagon Beatles. The whole town is taken over in a carnival atmosphere.
Could we hold a Massive Scooby meet Here!!

Hi Dave and welcome.
There are a few of us around, mainly around Plymouth and the borders of.
Duracell "colin" is a local organiser, although it's been quiete recently we do have runs out into Cornwall (Wadebridge area etc) and also pub meets.
Colin is organising a huge meet at Longleat on 10th october, and recently just organised a rolling road day.
As well as that we go up to Japfest at Castle combe and also Rallyday which is coming up in August.
We'll (me probably) be arranging a karting event at St Eval soon if you are interested, we did one last year but it was a bit wet.
Keep an eye out in the Southern section, i'll put you on the e-mail list,

As Springbok has pointed out i have been organising things in Cornwall/Devon over the past couple o years..NOT EASY...getting people to turn up & sometimes a thankless task !!
Its always good to see"New"people posting and if you've any thoughts/ideas then feel free.
I know there are quite a few Scoobs in our patch coz ive seen them around...but try getting them out ??
Anyhow if you wanna have a Cornwall meet + know of some fresh blood then let me know
Meantime check out"Scoobies at Longleat",Springboks Kart day at St.Eval and also there's a good meet at Alton in Hampshire Sun 12 Sept..bit of a drive but think it'll be worth it !
