Default Isle of Wight trip 2004
It's about time I started advertising this...

The plan is similar to the last few years - a weekend on the Isle of Wight towards the end of September. It's been good fun for the past few years.

I will get more accurate costs shortly, but from memory, they were along the lines of £40 per car for the ferry and £80 for accomodation.

Perhaps the Hampshire lot will want another day trip for the Saturday?

For the regulars:

Nic says she'll do another treasure hunt if you want, and I've been looking for a different hotel this year, probably on the other side of the island.

Work won't let me near Scoobynet during the day, so please help me keep this visible. Thanks

Or 35 minutes from Portsmouth to Fishbourne...

TBH the Solent is usually flat calm compared to the English Channel, so you should be OK

Thats OK, last year I went on the 'sea cat' and I swear to you I thought I was ganna die! We couldn't even dock the french port was so rough, we had to just wait and wait. Even the crew were puking!

Be great if Jen can bring the Hants crew over again. Oh, suppose we'd better come then, although date could be critical. Sept 5th is TRAX - any other clashes we know about?
