Default Vale Motors in Wincanton (Somerset) fully up and running

From earlier posts you may know Vale Motors in Yeovil and Wincanton in Somerset ceased trading a few months ago, they started trading as Vale Motors Ltd soon afterwards doing servicing only in Wincanton (the Yeovil garage remains closed). I received a letter this morning stating they are now official Subaru, Fiat and Isuzu dealers and new cars will be arriving to Wincanton very soon, good news due to the lack of dealers around here.

Ian,
I knew they were re-opened, but are you sure they're official dealers, I wasn't sure that they were, I thought they'd set up as 'specialists' not an official main dealer, great if they are though, that gives me two to choose from again!!!!

I can only go by the letter that appeared in the post yesterday, obviously sent to old customers on their system. It states "We are extremely proud to announce our official status as Fiat, Subaru and Isuzu dealers and now await patiently the delivery of shiny new cars to our showroom" It then goes on to say parts can be supplied within 48 hours, they can do servicing and there will be a "very bold and exciting" official launch. Oo eeer...

I wonder why I didn't get a letter, I bought mine from them new, admittedly four years ago, but still.......

Might have to take a ride and se what the set-up look like!

A week ago the showroom was like Ice Station Zebra (empty that is not covered in snow!!) and there were 2 cars out the front for sale, but hopefully that will quickly change with their new status.
