Just got back from there, usually they're ok but today the car was in the drying section being hand dried when I noticed that the front and sides and the wheels were still filthy, I told the owner and he started getting mad for some unknown reason.
He then washed the front quickly and then said "£7 please", I continued to point out the dirty bits and he went mad saying that I should pay and F*** Off and not come back, then says I'm lucky that he doesnt stick a shovel in my head and if I drive past again he'll shoot me. I drove off after he told me to F*** off and not pay, came home, finished the car up, wished i'd never bothered, just be careful, the guy is a lunatic!

dunno, think he owns the alloy wheel refurb place next door, short, fat, middle aged italian bloke, he wouldnt have been so in my face had he not been surrounded by his army of illegal immigrant car washers! Perhaps a swift call is required

I would agree, but it was cold, and the car was really filthy, I need to find some heated plastic gloves and i'll be out there like a shot like i was all summer

A little phone call to the DHSS I think , along the lines of do you know there are a handfull of people working down there cash in hand while still claiming their benifits ! (I think there's a special 'grass them up' line you can call )

Everytime i used to go in there with my last car there was a new set of faces
never a word of English...
A10 CW started off very well, but unfortunately their std's have slipped... Dont even get me started about the Wheel Refurb..
Took my BMW rims in for the guy who bought the car, the young guy said that they needed shot blasting (which they did) and would take 3 days to sort out (not a prob) Middle aged bloke said not to bother shot blasting them Lucky for me the younger guy said that i would not be happy with the finish if they werent and wouldnt do half a job...
Picked them up last week, next day...paint fallen off... has ended up as legal action because they dont want to know... **** heads!!
