Kent crew for Hickstead Jap Show

Ok,
after posting on the normal meet info, looks like we have some interest for Hickstead.
Cost £4 (with a copy of J/P), £5 without.
If we turn up in convoy, they'll direct us to a show spot with the other clubs (on the jap site).
We'd need to be there for 9am. Show opens to the public at 10am-4pm.
They'll be food'n'drink there, but there's no problems having a BBQ, as there is a pinic area. Don't know about shade, could be gazebo time
Time for a Meet up, IMO 7.45am to leave at 8am, give us an hour.
Place? need to know who's coming from where.
2 suggestions, Malta Inn Maidstone, or, Wharf Pub (Bluewater meet)?
Time to polish and bring ya suncream
If ya in add to the list:

Yep, I reckon that'll squeeze in the diary...
I'm easy on where to meet to be honest. Bluewater might be easier if we're gunna join up with the flat four peeps..
But I'n easy either way....
Look forward to it

I was thinking we could all meet at The Wharf at 7.45am to leave at 8am, that allows for any latecomers, we could arrange to pick overs up along the chosen route perhaps?
edited because Arron's name was spelt wrong

Clacketts would be a better place for us and our friend as he is coming from Maidstone. Seems silly for him to drive all the way over the Bluewater to then drive back again.
What time at Clacketts do you reckon?

Where abouts in bluewater?
Prob just as easy for you to have a contact number so you ring as you come over bridge then kent lot slip in as you come thru tolls then same at clackets for the ones meeting there?

I reckon a drive through at Clackets would be a good idea....
If the convoy pulls off for clackets and heads for the fuel area there is the mother of all lay-by's just before the petrol station.
Failing that a cruise through the Car Park should suffice.
Anyone there can just dive on...
Thoughts ???

Is that agreed then....we will certainly be waiting (two cars, one RB5 and a Red Scoob) so look out for us.
Which will it be, drive by or car park? Let us know so we know where to wait...

Right then, here are final details:
The Wharf at Bluewater at 7.30 to leave for 7.45
Clacketts between 8 & 8.15 , we will drive through & make some noise!
Hope this is OK with everyone

Depends whether you are talking about the usual monthly meeting or the car show at Hickstead.
Monthly meeting, I think is on Friday 18th (I'm sure Pele will give you details and confirm).
The Hickstead show is on this Sunday 13th July.

Would pop along myself, but fair chance that I'll be nursing a hangover in Chiswick at the time - don't expect me, if I turn up it's a bonus! The demands of being so popular
Hopefully be there next Friday though.

Folks I'll be at Clackets not the Wharf.... Easier to shoot straight down A21 and into Clackets for me....
I'll be with Red Scoob & the RB5 in the Layby..
See you all there...

Hiya all...
Will be at Wharf and not at Clackets we think. Not sure that our friend with red scooby is coming. Either way we will be at one of them, either Wharf or Clackets.
