Bracknell Meet 26th June
#1
I've been a bit slack in posting this up, so sorry for the short notice!
Karen spoke to Angie and Brett last night about the BBQ and it seems that it's a winner if people want it. You will have to pay for your burger or sausage as you order (cannot remember the exact prices - £1.50 or something similar springs to mind) and then Brett or Angie will cook them for us. I will post up the exact prices tomorrow.
Obviously I need to know whether people want to do this or not as soon as possible. If you do not wish to have anything from the BBQ, then you can buy something from the normal menu (all day brekkie! ).
For any newbies who are interested in coming along, the venue is The New Leathern Bottle, Bracknell. It's on the A3095 from Bracknell to Maidenhead (or vice versa! ). Maps, etc... can be posted if need be. The time is normally 7:30, but some arrive earlier, and some arrive later.

Ah well... he wasn't that good anyway. Still be there though.
Does anyone know of a good body shop round these parts? I bought some bits for the car which need glueing to the body.

Oooh - Iain, that's not nice. Play fair now!
Will know if we can make this one a bit nearer the night as we're off to the Fatherland for a few days as of tomorrow.
Tavia, wanted to chat to you about bespoke fabrications - are you having probs?
Cheers,
Steve

V5 although your link is highly amusing, judging by the way these threads usually go, I'm sure people will have a complete sense of humour failure if they clicked it.
So to avoid the impending grief that we (the mods) will get, I've removed it. I hope you don't think this is unreasonable.
Rgds, Alex

Neil, I feel Alex has unfairly edited your post for no reason. You should complain about the level of moderation shown here, and how it's unfair!!
Anyway, I popped to the pub on the way home yesterday (and no, I didn't have anything to eat ) and I said to Angie that we'll arrange the BBQ for next month, as I've left it so late to get numbers. The prices are indeed £1.50 for either a Burger, or Sausage so think about whether you want to do this for July's meet, so we can get something arranged.
