Next weekend I am hopefully going to have been driving my new STi for all of about a day or so, I can't wait its going to be awesome. Any suggestions on how to get through this next week without thinking about it. Am a student so will be totally bored during the day as I am on hols, so the only way I can think of getting round it is to lock myself in the gym. I get to go and see it on Tuesday to drop off a forge dump valve which is to be fitted, and then again on Thursday to pay for the car, and then hopefully Friday I can pick it up as early as possible and put a couple of thousand miles on it just showing off to all my friends. Should be able to make the bluewater meet, and any other after next weekend, see you all soon.

yeah seem to be on it every moment of the day, was thinking about an itg to add to the dump valve being fitted before I get the car, but will probably not cause its brand new from a dealer and a bit worried about warrenty, and of course the dreaded insurance. Still will keep making the list for when the insurance dies down a bit, if ever!!

Is the warranty okay if you fit the dump valve then?

My dealer said its not but as long as they know about it then if there is to be a warrenty check, than can remove it and put the original back in for the check. He says to keep the old one in the car with a spanner, so that it can be quickly changed if needed. Should only take five minutes he reckons. Should be alright!!
