Afraid to say that this will need to be an early start, So that we arrive at Castle Coombe at a sensible time.
1ST MEET : THURROCK SERVICES ( MAIN CAR PARK )Meet 6.00am to leave 6.15am
2ND MEET : SOUTH MIMMS ( MAIN CAR PARK) Meet 6.45 to leave at 7.00 am
3RD MEET : READING SERVICES ( Between J11/12 M4 ) meet 7.45am to leave at 8.15 ..

Tiny count me in for this run 
I will be up for the Thurrock meet, but if you like I can meet you slightly earlier on route to Thurrock 
I do this run a fair amount in the early hours or late at night and at a speed of about 85 - 90 I think it takes between 45 - 60 minutes. Dont hold me to this as I dont pay a lot of attention to these points as I dont stop at either of them.

I"d agree with Nick on time from south mimms to reading, regularily travel to jct 12, its 28 miles from M25, so services will be about 27.
If traffic is bad, which i doubt at that time, you can also go down M40 to high wycombe, then cut across to M4.

Right I have to be at Bas for 6:00am then ... Nate as per post in other convoy thread I'll meet you at Garons Maccy D's first at lets say 5:30am (might well have to drop a honey off on the way there)

What time do we need to arrive at Japfest? Who will be the "lead" car of your group and myself and Ajax will be attempting to meet with your group at Jct 15 M4 as you pass. We're coming in from Oxford on the A420 then heading to Crosshands to meet the Cornwall/Devon convoy.

We shall be leaving Reading services at 8-15am, Should be coming past J15 8-45AM - 9.00AM , Hope that you can meet our convoy then lead us to the meet at the Crosshands, Do you know what time they are meeting at the Crosshands?
