How does the 25th sound for everyone ? I can't make the 18th as Claire will be working and I can't drive Scoob at the moment. I could make the 18th on my own but won't be able to bring Scoob.

Propose to meet as usual @ Coopers and then weather permitting head off for a swift drive through the countryside. Ending up somewhere for a few Cokes and some food ?

Any thoughts, other dates, times ?

Glenn has queried the 18th as being suitable for him, perhaps he can't make the 25th? Either is good for us but the 18th is evenly spaced between the West Sussex meets. There are lots of new guys and gals out there from our neck of the woods, who turned up at the last West Sussex meet and (having been primed to watch this space) might like to offer their preferences?

As for time, what say 2 to 2.30pm?

If it does end up being the 18th Claire will be at work so I'll either need.

A. A lift, again

or

B. Someone responsible to drive my car down to the meet and back again.

I'm going in for major dental work under a GA on the 22nd so I'm not sure if I can drive on the 25th. Maybe I could compete with Nathan on having the most swollen face.

Also does anybody have a set of 2-pot calipers lying around with good pads/discs they wouldn't mind selling on?

I'm here , sorry to hear about New years eve Nathan...hope you are ok and recovering swiftly .

I've been lurking hoping you guys would meet on the 25th rather than the 18th .

Anyways, I will be working on the 25th but will probably start at 7.30am so should be done by about 3pm. Will get down to whichever pub you go to and see you all there .

Hi Guys

We were pleased to be able to meet other owners at the west Sussex meet on Jan 5th, a most enjoyable day apart from the cold. I should think that we will be able to attend the East Sussex meet on the 25th Jan, unless something happens in the meantime.

Nathan I am sorry to hear about your injuries, we were looking forward to meeting you again on the 5th, but we will probably meet again on the 25th.

One quick question to the organisation team of this lovely meet. Do you have any problems with me putting it on the ScoobyNet Southern Events yahoo group that Alex (DrEvil) created? It's just this has a calendar and it helps ageing people like me work out when the next meet actually is
