Is there a Kent meet?

Mega,
It was the 6th July meet up in Basildon and then Southend. Cracking night, even though I turned up as the convoy was leaving McDonalds. I wouldve liked to speak to more peeps.
I used to Go to TerryM's (who owns the F1 cafe and Gym) old Gym (Gordons) and know him to talk to. I also know that Rochester motorsports club have a monthly meet there. Its a perfect place for this sort of thing, with a bar, food and sports/F1 memorabelia. Although the parking is better mid week.
The other good place (if it got too popular) would be the Cinema/MC'D area in Strood.
Ive got an Silver STI TypeR, mostly to be seen in the Chatham area. Where abouts are you.

As mega_stream says, there is a kent meet, run by me. It's every 3rd Thursday/Friday of the month. We just changed the venue to the Badgers Mount pub in Badgers Mount.
Kent is a big place, so this might not be the ideal place for you to get to.
If you do decide to organise a meet, do let me know, as I'm sure I'll pop along.

Thanks for the mail m8, can't see much response from anyone else intending on going to this meet at Bluewater/Strood? Scoobycity post seems pretty quite aswell!

looking at your site, its up by the M25/26 junction. Unfortunately coming from the M20 I cant actually pull off there so its a little bit of a back road trek.
Having said that, ill try and make it.
Mega, yeah, it looks a little too quiet to me too. I might just swing down to Strood and have a look (and a Happy Meal
) though.
I know that there are about 7 Medway-ish scoobynetters and I might see if I could organise a small meet (with Marcus as 'special guest').

There don't seem to be too much going on Mid Kent area, the nearest is going to be the Scoobysnax monthly, up near Oprington now I think...Badgers Mount rings a bell.
There's enough Scoobs on here now from Mid and East Kent so I'm sure if you want to volunteer to organize something you could have a gathering a bit nearer home
Ps) What do you drive, I'm in the Maidstone/Medway area (MY99 Silver) , and what the heck was the BHP meet??
