sigma....and now you know what i do
So, my new impreza is doing me proud, and like the vicars nadgers theres an unused thing swinging off the key ring. I have found a sigma single button fob. So....theres an alarm....dont work, so replaced batteries in fob....still dont work, so to work i go on the forum to no avail. i have a keypad in the glovebox, and when the key isnt in the ignition, the light in the dash flashes, so i assume its immobilised. under the bonnet is a siren swinging free'r then miley cyrus.
By this time its dark.
So, tomorrow is there anything i can do? i cant find any code in the books with the car, and none on the key ring, so were now?
Or do i just raise the funds for a new alarm system and ditch the old?
Thank you

is the car starting?
I had this problem on a classic I bought, didnt keep it for long, the alarm was a pain in ****, had to make sure there were no mobile phone towers close by each time i parked it up.
try opening the bonnet, put the fob underneath all the sterring wheel plastic then try it.
