Hi, Basically i have just had some lowering springs fitted and now when i go to lock my car it locks but the alarm keeps going off i have a Sigma M30 alarm system.. would something had been nocked whilst fitting these? They where fitted at a garage and it was fine before i took it there

Check under the bonnet they may have knocked the pin off that detects if the bonnet is opend, its easily broken.

theres a pin there but the bottom of it seems to be broken it still goes up and down? is there one in the boot? these pins easy to replace?

Check the bonnet switch for the alarm if someones been working on the car they might of knocked it or something ?? Mine was doing the same and it turned out to be the switch.

Is it like a mini black plastic ariel, which is on a little spring? its still there but looks like its been knocked the bottom of its damaged.

Can unplug the wire off the bottom just now, untill you can replace the switch, it just works by earthing the wire out.
