Clifford Concept 300

I want to be able to alter the default self arming function but the factory set valet code doesn't work, so I assume the previous owner has changed it. I haven't needed it in the last 2 years but can anyone help me - will a Clifford approved installer be able to solve? Someone else must had had similar problems. Cheers.

Your local Clifford dealer should be able to program you a new valet code using the Cliffnet Wizard software. If the original installers have put the alarm ECU in a relatively easy to access place, it may only cost you a couple of pounds if anything at all.

How about removing the plug to the alarm ccu which should disconnect the car battery, then taking out the ccu backup battery for 5 mins, should return the factory default code to **FLAT

It has to be sent back to clifford/directed to get a new valet code, so not something a dealer could do with wizard!
It not tht expensive though from memory £20 or so inc postage.
The hardest part will be removing it, it can probably be found, but a snake eye tool is needed on some of the screws and a dealer has to send it back!
