Problems with central locking/immobiliser
Hi,
I've got a 2000 UK Turbo that I am having a few problems with the central locking/immobiliser on.
The issue is that it often takes a long time to lock or unlock the car. The light comes on on the key fob which suggests to me that the battery is ok in the fob but it can often take several minutes to get the central locking to respond.
Any suggestions for things I can check? The spare (original) key fob is well worn and I believe the battery is flat in that one. How do I get the back off to replace the battery in it?
