Clifford Alarm chirps Help.
I fitted a new battery in my clfford concept 300 siren as i lost the chirps sound when activating/deactivating the alarm, the only thing now is when the proximity sensor picks up movement and Lets a chirp off,it is VERY LOUD and the neighbours are geting p*ssed off at me as the car is parked on the street outside the house. Is there any way of turning the volume down on the proximity sensor chirps to a lower level as it really is LOUD.

I`ll lower the chirps tone on the activate/deactivate alarm and see if that helps, but to be honest its just to sensitive on the current setting as it picks up strong winds, rain drops, birds farting near the car etc, etc.
just low down the sensetivity of the proximity sensor, having the warn away chirps low defeats the object of having a warn away, if no one including yourself can not hear it if a thieving c u next tuesday is around your car.

Lowering the arm/disarm chirps made no difference, even turning the chirps off had no effect,i will get the clifford dealer local to me to adjust the sensitivity of the sensors,i`ve been told its only a two minute job.
If yr proxy sensor is under the centre console then anything placed in the centre console will effect it, If I have key's or coins in the cup holder it sends the proxy sensor mad.

Oh i see, well in that case i will make sure the ashtray and other surrounding compartments do not have any coins and metalic objects in just incase its affecting the sensor, thanks for your help.
