Default MY00 key pad reprograming

Is it possible to reprogram the keypad pin on a uk 2000 turbo? Had a few problems with parking near ariel masts now but the pin number on the stickers dont work, I've tried pointing the key fob in the passenger footwell but that doesnt always work

With the ignition on you need to put in the following -

**AAAA *92 *BBBB *BBBB #

The AAAA represents the old code and the BBBB the new code.

You get 10 seconds to put in each number. If you take longer the LED on the keypad will flash and you'll have to start again.

When the last character is entered and all is ok the siren will beep.

All this is usless if the PIN doesn't work in the first place I guess...
