Default any alarm fitters. advice needed.

hi fella's

im going to be fitting a viper 460 to my97 classic but want it fitted up to thatcham standard but im only approved to fitted thatcham 2-1 systems which as you will know means i dont fit units with immobilisers.

is there any special criteria that is required in terms of the installation. such as must there be a certain circuit that is cut to meet the standard.

thanks.

Sorry i dont get this you are either Thatcham approved or not
Thatcham one and 2-1 are the same criteria as 1 if you have been approved
to fit to Thatcham standards you will have been taught how to immobilise a car
There never was or never will be a half course on Fitting alarms
