Hi just wondered if anyone knew if there was a turbo timer that can be fitted to work in conjunction with the alarm.

Officially, no. You will need to mess about with your alarm's immobilisation which invalidates the certification. You may find that you forfeit your theft cover.

For the potential hassle, sit in the car for a minute

can be done with a timed relay and passive arm set
