Asked a mate of mine about them recently as im after an alarm for my other car,he fits alarms and is into the SPL scene (regularly competes at various events)so he tends to know who`s the iffy ones to deal with-had nothing but praise for them-will be buying an alarm from them soon meself.

Obviously they've staged this thread as I've had a completely different experience.
Went to have my alarm fitted from motor guard. Worst mistake! The new owner gave a rude answer to all my questions. And then refused to give me deposit back when i turned up at 10am when he clearly said "i am open at 9am any time around then will do." it was not like i turned up at 5pm it was 10am. Anyway suppose i don't have to go for any aftersale problems now. Will report to clifford too.

I know everyone says go to trading standards and get your money back!

As long as you know.
