Angry Sigma M32 Problem

Hi All,
can any one help, My alarm has been going off randomly so I purchased a keypad for it to diagnose fault and change settings, is there anything I need to do to enable the keypad?? none of the programming codes do anything and the light on the keypad flashes either once or several times when pressing. I have tried again and again following the instructions to the letter but no joy I have looked at several other posts/sites and am told the codes are the same as the M30. can anyone shed any light on the problem ?

Any help much appreciated
Thanks
