RAC Tracker ??

Hi,
Alas i don't know much about these things and was just wondering what with the current car jacking trend. If I purchase a tracker and some nutter bangs me on the head and nicks the keys, can the system be tracked if said bandit deactivates the system using the key thong?

It depends on which RAC tracker you get, if you have the Top one its all linked in with your orignal keys / alarm etc, so if they knock you out and leaf your keys you are buggered until you ring Trackstar, if you have the cheaper one they provide a seperate key fob which you have to de-activate the trakcer with that....
