Default New STi - false alarms

I'm getting a lot of false alarms on my 2008 STi - any ideas what could be causing this or how it could be resolved?

The dash LED is flashing 16 times after each alarm, indicating that the ultrasonic sensors have triggered it - however I've no idea why!

It's frustrating and annoying! I thought these super systems were auto-calibrating to adjust their sensitivity? Looks like this thing is way too sensitive!
It went off four times in the work car park yesterday! How embarassing!

I'd appreciate any suggestions!

Thanks,
Richard

It might help, it might not, but try closing the air vents when you park up so there will be less air movement inside the cabin until you get this properly fixed.

Mine goes off if I park on a slope. I've talked to my dealer and they said they can adjust the sensitivity of it, so take it back.

It's been back, been adjusted - and it still goes off repeatedly (4 times consecutively lat night!) at random times (usually in the middle of the night) for no reason whatsoever.

I've absolutely had enough of it now. It's a load of cr&p.

Had mine adjusted and it is better, touch wood, still get the odd one but nothing in the night or more than one at a time. I'd take it back and ask them to do it again.
