Rather than paying for an audit, is there a way of testing if your tracker is working or not? I have tried locking my car up as usual, leaving the handbrake off, & giving it a shove 20ft down the road. I then expected to be telephoned by Tracker - but wasn't.

Surely this method should have triggered the device? Will give them a call, but what d'yall think to that?

Due to the amount of false alarms Trackers no longer work as you suggest. I don't think it wise to discuss how they work on here but you can e-mail me if you like.

Customer Services indeed confirmed that trackers don't work as I thought. Sillysi- you have mail.

Do you really think a thief would really roll the car slightly down the road to steal it.

It will only go off if moved some distance.

Eddie

No, I don't imagine a thief rolling the bloody thing 20ft to nick it! But the further the 'some distance' is before you are notified it has been moved at all, the longer it may be before you know it has been moved - by which time etc etc
