Default GT ALARM FOB PROGRAMMING

As the title i need to know how to programme the fobs on my car as they stopped working a while ago, altho the stick still works to turn the immobiliser off,
i dont know what sytem it is cos it was on the car when i got it, i just know its a gt alarm as it says gt on the fob,
also where would you normaly find the control box,


any help appreciated,

gt alarm is getronics i had one of those alarms on a bmw 318i, had to pull it out as the indicator got stuck on and gave me a flat battery. the control box on my bmw was located in the passenger footwell (its a black box with about 28 wires taped up) i think you have to set switch 2 in the on position and press the arm/disarm button on the fob to program it to the alarm, do this with ignition in on position when your done switch ign off and set switch back to normal position
