Hi

I have a MY00 and when i bought the car i recieved 2 keys and i think you call them key radios. I have managed to loose my main key today and have just tried my second key and this will not override the immobilizer. I have put in new batteries and the car is parked where i do not get signal block.
I can get into the car but this sets off my alarm, i do not know the pin for the keypad

Has anyone got any suggestions on how i can resolve this.
Do i phone Town and county where i bought the car as the second key should disengage the immobilizer or do i need to phone Subaru UK.

is it factory or aftermarket, mate i would try and call who you got it from to see if they have the overide code,

 

Cheers for the reply, i have found the key some kind person handed it into the lost property office.

Lesson learnt will go and change pin and code both keys into the system.
