Default Sigma Alarm - can you help?

I'm afraid to say I don't own a scooby - not yet anyway!

Can you help? I have a 53 plate Citroen van (yawn) which was fitted when new with a sigma alarm.

I've just bought the van - which has come with 2 x sigma fobs, which operate the central locking as well. It was previously a citroen contract hire vehicle - fully maintained by Citroen.

Problem is one of the fobs has packed up (LED still illuminates when you press it - but nothing happens).

I have changed the battery in the remote - but no success.

Any ideas? Some of the other posts refer to a key pad - i haven't found one.

Cheers guys !

if its the M30, same as fitted to the subaru, then you might or might not have gotten a keypad, it'll work either way. You dont actually need it so long as you have a working remote fob. If you lose your good fob then you are stuffed basically, so I'd recommned getting a new one pronto, they appear on fleabay quite regularly, about £20 or so, Since the M30 is in fact obsolete now , Sigma cant help you ( I stand to be corrected) , although you could as a last resort get one off a Subaru dealer. Its then a simple procedure to programme your new fob to work your alarm, search the forum for posts by 'Sigma Sam' for full instructions.
