I was looking into doing this also and there is a thread on it somewhere, you will find that the rear handles with the keyhole part blanked is an ideal swap only for the fact that they are about 1/2 inch too short in length
I dont think anyone had a solution apart from buy a spare doorhandle, remove and keep your lockset safe, then you plastic weld/filler up the hole.
Someone else mentioned that the subaru dealer they got their car from a few years ago offered some kind of way to have it filled/blocked up?
If anyone does know an easy way I would like to know aswell.

Most people who completly de-handle or de-lock a motor, have some sort of back up wires to charge their car from the outside if the battery goes flat. But I never really thought about if the fob breaks or not
I was thinking about just de-locking the passenger side anyway.
