armed out on a C500 is not orange. You can either use the green wire that will be in an unused plug for the omni-sensor, or you could use one of the channel outputs, grey/violet, grey/red, etc

Apologies. must have had 1 too many beers.

Grey/Red is the armed output wire but it must be programmed to do it via the valet switch.

I have found that wire and have re-programmed it with the Clifnet Wizzard software but with no joy

By the way i previously had the two front door solenoids and i think the rmote start on the 3 accesory outputs, i guess i have to use one of them for the window closure

You have to use one of the outputs for the remote start dont you.

thanks for your help by the way.
Chris.

Ok then, i'm having a really frustrating blonde moment ....

I have got a Clifford Concept 500 UK and i have a Toad total closure module to close my electric windows.

I have found the correct accesory output from the clifford - grey/red which can be triggered when arming and can have a timer on the output to it.

So when i arm the clifford i get 0.68v from the Clifford accesory output wire.

However i am currently getting 5.0v from the White Trigger Input wire on the TOAD.

Is the Toad jumpered incorrectly or do i need to reverse things with a relay ?

I feel sooo thick right now and frustrated !!!

Assuming you have not changed the jumpers around then connect the white wire to either a channel output wire to activate it when the appropriate channel on the remote is pressed, or the green armed output wire, which will make them close everytime alarm is armed. The 0.68v you are getting will probably be just a slight feed at rest, nothing that is going to make anything happen, and the same with the 5v on the white wire, will just be back feeding through the closure. Have you connected the brown and green/yellow wires correctly? Other than that it should work

make sure jumper 1 is set to negative then take the white wire and put it to a ground. This should close the windows. If it doesnt then you have a problem with the closure module.
