Cliffnet com port settings

Whats the correct speeds, bits, stop bits, parity & Flow control for a cliffnet lead ?

Also whats the extra socket for on the short lead from the box ? Power ?

The short lead is so you power up the alarm for bench testing etc, you will not need it if the alarm is fitted
