I've heard many complaints about them. What alarm & whats the problem?

i had the top of the range avant guard 5 with all the extras black jax, remote start, plus many more. had to call a diffrent company to come out and fix it propaley they had snapped plastic clips on on door cards and dash then tryed to super glue them back on. had not soldered wires to ignition used electrical tape instead the list goes on and on

Is it sorted now the other company have had a look?

If I were you I would call them back, get them to remove it, put the car back to how it was, refund you, compensate for the damage, and go elsewhere. Give them a time limit otherwise tell them you will take it somewhere else for them to remove and claim the cost through court. Unless your happy its now sorted. They are a bunch of c***s though from their work I have seen.

sorted now another company have fixed there many problems just want to see how many people have had problems with them as thinking of takeing them to court
