Removing the steering column
Has anyone got any any good info on how to remove the steering column i need to take the ignition barrel to my local locksmith and need to take the full column.

Remove the plastic cowling around the steering wheel/ignition.
Undo the two 12mm bolts either side of the steering by the adjuster (height of steering)
Then undo (engine bay) the other end of the steering column (dog bone type joint) 1 bolt.
Unplug all the electrical connectors under the dash part of the steering column & pull out the complete steering column with steering wheel,indicator stalk. etc.
