when i brought the car the garage said it had a tracker, there was no paperwork with the car about it and i asked him what kind it was etc so i could call them and subscribe for it etc.
they said they dint know and would call the previous owner and let me know, when i picked up the car they had left an answerphone on his mobile and hadent recieved anything back from him.
still havent heard anything, and begining to think there talkin bollocks.
is there anyway to find out if the car has a tracker etc?

 

Ring Tracker (number on website: www.tracker.co.uk) and quote VIN and reg number. They should be able to tell you if it's listed on their system.

 

but there are all different makes of tracker etc and companys arent there so chances of it being are slim arent they

i think you got fed a line. without the paperwork there's no way to find out, without phoning every tracker company with your vin & reg number

 

Or, tell the dealer u want some money back, or a tracker fitting, if it was sold to you as having one fitted.

 

Tracker UK will know if one is fitted by you giving the VIN and Reg number. There is only one company called "Tracker". The others "tracking devices" have different names. The garage said "Tracker" so go to them.
