Standard practice?
I had a clifford concept 600 installed a while back and have been happy so far (apart from the tilt/motion sensor which appears to have a mind of its own occasionally). The problem is I installed a new set of speakers in the car and when I removed the glovebox I saw that the glass tamper sensor, the interior mini siren and the interior intellivoice 4 siren were just hanging down. Is this standard practice that only the main unit is secured inside the car? I would have thought everything should be fixed down?
Thanks

Everything should be fixed in some way, be it screwed, cable tied or something else. Take it back and get it sorted. Be nice about it though, dont want them getting pissed off with you and just bodging it to shut you up.
Do you know where the Tilt & Motion is fitted? They must be level, fixed securely and away from heat sources which can include (especially on 4WD RWD cars) the transmision tunnel. Maybe check that before you go so it can be done at the same time if needed.
