calling any alarm experts
does anyone know how the central locking works on a p1 306dt, at the minute it's the last job i got to do on the ai606 but can't work it out. it seems to be +ve pulse but when you wire the alarm in it won't work it and i'm starting to pull my hair out!

I'm assuming you mean a Peugeot 306 (an Impreza P1 is single wire CDL control; cut wire to unlock, join wire to lock - just incase).
The Peugeot 306 should be negative pulse CDL on White & Green wires in the harness behind the O/S kick panel, although it could be single wire control depending on model/year - If single wire it will be the white wire in the same location.

hi sam it's a 306 dt the p1 bit means phase 1 the early type it's a 96my if that helps, i thought it was positive because i found a gray and an orange that one went positive on the unlock and the other on the lock but i bow to your knowledge and will look in the o/s kick panel
