I wouldnt bother with a tracker just get a very good alarm, I had a scooby untill feb 5th when some git nicked it, it had a tracker we notified them that it had gone but have not had a signal from it, they are saying that the theives had a scanning device that will locate the exact spot it is fitted and disable it in seconds then just tow it away.

If your insurance company are insisting you get a tracker then I would recommend the Phantom tracker.
Had to get one fitted on mine for about £500 + £99 yearly subscription.
If I didn't have to get one then I wouldn't but had no choice in my case.
