Hi All,

I'm having a cat 1 alarm fitted and want to remove the standard fit Cobra Immobiliser.

Can anyone give me any tips on how to do this or where the connections are made?

It may be wise to e-mail me rather than post on the BBS.

Thanks
Lee

The only suggestion i have is to make sure that you go to an approved cobra fitter and have him/her remove it for you before fitting your new alarm (preferably at the same time!!)
Most fitters will do more than one type of system so it shouldnt be a problem for them

Thanks for all the e-mails.

I think I could remove it no problem.

My Alarm fitter, craigamungus wants me to leave it on and will remove it when fitting alarm.

Thanks

Cool

Craig is also fitting me a pager system so I'll know the alarms activated even if I can't hear it.
salsa-king is having an alarm upgrade and pager as well.

For more info e-mail Craig.
