horrible scrotes trying to nick scoobys
Has anyone had problems with horrible ******* trying to break into their houses to nick the keys to your scooby?
I have had this happen twice since xmas & its pissed me right off to the point where I was considering another car lower on the 'nick' list - but have thought better of that idea (the wife will never let me get another one anyway ;-)
last time they burnt right through my UPVC double glazing with a red hot screwdriver to try & open the window from the inside!
My house is just off a main road & has alarm & security lights & Ive got two dogs (who slept through everything quite nicely).

The only thing you can do is catch them in the act, bundle them into the boot of your car and burry them in a deserted piece of land
if you touch them and they get away ur going to jail

See it happen loads
I'm an alarm engineer, we had a customer not so long ago woken up by a noise came down stairs and saw a wire hook coming through the letter box trying to hook his car keys that were hanging up.

I dont know about putting the keys on the dogs collar
I was considering making them sleep in the car though ;-)
Theres a guy about 1/2 mile from me with a classic & a new age scoob & they have tried his house twice too, I went to warn him - too late.

This is the reason I recently sold my scooby as I didnt want to take the risk that next time they would get in (fortunately they were foiled by me this time). I want another scooby but I wont bother until I can keep it somewhere more secure.
