I NEED A CLIFFORD, HULL AREA
I have been quoted £549 for a Concept 500 plus two days to install by one of our local Car Security firms, does this sound right?
I asked about the new Clifford G5 series but have been told it hasn't passed Thatcham rating yet, is this a ploy to sell off their old G4 systems??
Also, they have quoted £49 for the new flashing stickers, I've seen them on the web for £15.
Can any1 suggest a better deal??? I don't mind an hours drive as long as I can come back with me mota.
-----------------------------
As an aside,
I have had my new car three weeks, it was absolutely spotless, not a scratch or dent in sight, without doubt the best kept car I've ever had.
On Monday night (9:30PM!!!) I heard a noise and looked out to see three young kids on bikes at the back of my car, when they saw me they were off.
Result: £500 worth of damage as they tried to get the spoiler off.
I have had the proximity sensors on previous cars, tweaked that high that they would sqwaulk if someone farted near them.
I haven't slept well since then 'coz this car has a different alarm/immob and prob' won't until I get a new alarm fitted.
