Insurance Premium Differences - Trackers ?
Hi
Just wondering if I can expect much of a difference between quotes depending on what type of Tracker the car has on it?
Majority of quotes I have stated RAC Trackstar as there seems to be a good few around.
I understand there to be number of levels of Tracker cover, Monitor, Guardian etc. Can anyone tell me the difference?
Whats a good deal for a tracker these days?
Thanks for any advice

Had to have Tracker Monitor fitted to my car back in Nov £430 + £99 per/yr subscription, (which I believe has now risen to £109 per/yr). Due to the fact that most insurance companies wouldn't cover for theft without it, & if they did the cost was £
. However once fitted I did manage to get full comp with Direct line for £625

Since having the scoob (over 4 years now) every insurance company i have been with has not asked for a tracker and when i asked if i'd get a discount if i had one fitted they said no! And i live in Manchester too.
