Am I going Mad? I have an MY00 Scooby with the Factory fitted alarm and no other Mods to it what so ever.

Weird things seem to be happening to the car when I arm it or Disarm it in Certain Places. I live in Reading and find that I can’t lock the car with the key fob in some places (Near Primark and in B&Q Car Park if your interested!) I have to arm it or disarm it manually. Any ideas why this is happening? I have changed the Batteries in the key fob and that doesn’t seem to have had any affect.

Any thoughts?
