Hi everybody - first post, so trying to ease in gently (!). Had my MY98 UK Impreza for a couple of weeks now, and I've got a question which I hope somebody here may be able to help me with.

What security equipment was fitted to MY98s as standard? I know mine has been fitted with a Code Alarms alarm (that's going to be replaced) and a Tracker, but I don't know what it's got in the way of an immobiliser (if there is one).

Any information would be gratefully received.

As far as i know as standard they are fitted with a Selca CAT2 Alarm & imobiliser not CAT1.
