Advice on Toad Alarm....
#1
I would appreciate any help on this problem with my alarm.
The model is a Toad Ai600, and I have had it installed now for 5 years. I requested some spare fobs from Toad a few weeks ago and they arrived. I've followed the insutructions in the manual for re-mating a new fob, but after many attempts it doesn't seem to want to play ball. Even though the old and new fobs look different Toad said they would work.
Are there any special tricks/things that also need doing in order to mate the fobs?
PLEASE IGNORE.
I have resolved the problem.
I needed to RTFM better.
It said 'press and hold button A', but I wasn't holding for long enough. Problem sorted and my alarm now has 1 old fob and two nice new ones.
