I have a P1 which came with a Tracker as standard and have been paying the annual subscription since buying the car.

I was under the impression that as well as being able to "track" your car when you reported it stolen they also monitored the movement of your car and contacted you if the car was moved to somewhere which was outside your normal pattern of driving.

It seems strange to me, that having moved house a while ago and therefore moved the car to a completely different location I have not heard a single word from Tracker in relation to the sudden relocation of my car!

 

They will only contact you if its moved without the use of the key!

Thanks Tim, I never knew that! However, my dad has a tracker on his car and has been contacted by tracker informing him that his car has been stolen when he was actually driving it at the time
