Do they send you a bill/notification or anything when its due to expire?
I know the paperwork was slow when it was installed...

 

My renewal was last month, I knew it was coming up, didn't hear anything from them leading up to the month. Then I got my credit card statement through and found that they had debited the £99 from it.

Not impressed with that side of things!
