Guys whats the box standard security like on scoob , say a on X reg scoob it says it has a imobiliser, and alarm just what does that mean ? is it impossible to steal without having the key ? ie flat bed loader or steal the keys only way to nick it ? ?

Well let me put it this way, the alarm system on a uk scoob is a cat 1 thatcham, it can be moved by means of flatbed so to counter that you add a tracking system with automatically activates if said car is moved, to counter anti hijacking you add an anti hijack unit which stops people driving off with your keys and when parked up you add a very large disclok to show people that you have a visable deterrant.... it carries on like this for a while BTW
Basically im saying that whats on your scoob will protect it for a while, adding extras will deter the joy riders etc, but your car will always have a very small chance (no matter which car it is) of going walkies if a pro thief wants it you just have to keep adding security to prevent this (see above )
