Fit a clifford Inteli-start to an exsisting Concept 300 G4 ?

I have the above mentioned alarm but now the cold nights etc are setting in i can't be ar5ed to scrape the car every morning so I need inteli-start fitting....

Anybody know how much it would cost to do this and how long it would take for it to be done ?

Cheers in advance

Depends if you want to keep the cat1 on your alarm system as the intelli start invalidates this function.

How does intelli start invalidate the CAT1 approval ? ?
The intelli-start is designed to run along side the CAT1
system, surely this can't make any difference :S

Tony,

Technically by adding it, you are adding sensors which are not tested onto the CAT1 certification by Thatcham. There is a thread in here somewhere which has e-mails from Thatcham stating this.

As for the fitting, It is not all that expensive I think IntelliStart 4 is about £150 plus a couple of hours fitting?
